Rate your premises
NABERS ratings are based on actual data related to the performance of your premises over the last 12 months. To make this real-life performance data comparable with other sites, certain adjustments are made to take into account the specific nature of your site to make the comparisons relevant and realistic. The adjusted data is then compared to our benchmark data, and a rating score reflecting your performance relative to your peers is calculated.
You must obtain an accredited rating through a NABERS
Accredited Assessor to promote your rating and use the NABERS trademark. The cost of an accredited rating will depend on the type of rating you are undertaking, the size of your hotel, and the difficulty of gathering the appropriate data. For more information on the rating process, see the
Why and
How pages in this section.
NABERS Accredited Assessors are skilled in the management and operation of buildings, especially in the facilitation of energy and water efficiency projects. All assessors must meet strict selection criteria, attend a training session and pass an exam to gain accreditation.
