Accredited Assessor Training Course

$2200 (inc. GST)

This training course is for those seeking NABERS Assessor Accreditation. Only NABERS Accredited Assessors are able to perform accredited NABERS performance ratings. The course will cover what it means to be an Assessor, and how to understand and apply the rules for conducting a rating.

The training course is followed by a theory exam.  To become an assessor, you must pass the exam, as well as two supervised ratings.  Once you are accredited, you will be able to perform office and hotel ratings.  Shopping centre ratings are the subject of an additional course which you may choose to take.

The Introductory Seminar is a compulsory prerequisite for those attending the Assessor Course. You should also have formal qualifications, or be skilled in the management and operation of buildings. Extensive hands-on experience and technical ability is highly desirable.

We encourage you to read the detailed prerequisites and assessment procedures outlined in the Assessor Training Fact Sheet 2010.
