Data required for shopping centre ratings

Your Path:  Rate your premises > Data required for shopping centre ratings

This table provides a summary of the information needed to calculate a NABERS rating.  Note that NABERS for shopping centres only rates the energy and water use that is under the control of the shopping centre owner. It includes all facilities provided to the retail tenants and the associated back-of-house requirements.  Where a shopping centre includes areas that are not actually shopping centre areas, such as offices or hotels, then an Assessor will exclude that area and the associated energy and water use from the rating. Your Assessor will know the rules that apply when making exclusions.
